Policy and Strategy

With past leadership roles spanning the entire creative industries, Test Pattern offers unique expertise to policy makers. This work has spanned architecture and design, publishing and broadcasting, spatial and experimental practices.

 

Government

Test Pattern regularly consults to government bodies on policy and program priorities.

Past work includes the development, critique or review of arts and culture or creative cities strategies for civic clients City of Ballarat, City of Greater Bendigo, City of Melbourne, City of Moreland, City of Port Phillip, City of Sydney, City of Yarra and the Victorian Government.

Esther Anatolitis has served numerous creative industries policy committees at local, state and federal government level.

Academic

Past academic work includes program, school and faculty reviews for Federation University Arts Academy, National Institute for Dramatic Art, University of New England Faculty of Humanities, Arts & Social Sciences, and the Victorian College of the Arts.

Esther Anatolitis is Honorary Associate Professor at RMIT School of Art. She has taught or guest lectured at universities all over Australia, and internationally. Test Pattern is Partner Investigator on the RMIT School of Art ARC Linkage project Ambitious and Fair.
